            "2012년 9월 TTS Part 3" 가 진행되었습니다.

 



      TTS Part 3는 밀크스티밍의 기초와 스티밍 어레인지 메뉴에 대한 내용을 다루는 수업입니
       다.
      추워지는 계절 라떼나 카푸치노 처럼 우유가 들어가는 메뉴에 대한 수요가 많아지는 요즘 이
      번 수업을 통해 메뉴별 스티밍 정도(거품양)의 차이를 이해하고 완성도 있는 메뉴 만드는  팁
      에 대해 배워보는 유익한 시간이었습니다.
